Gabriela De Leon explains how AbbaDox turns frontline support tickets into scalable products for imaging centers.
In this conversation, Gabriela shares:

Gabriela De Leon walks through the full conversation.
Support teams are the first to hear what is actually breaking inside an imaging center. Clients call about fax delays, configuration changes they cannot make themselves, and claims that keep getting denied. Treated as a queue of tickets to close, those signals disappear.
As Gabriela De Leon explains, support is the frontline of the business. Her team hears the pain points and the wins, and rather than simply closing tickets, they look systematically for the patterns behind them.
The opportunity is to take those recurring patterns back to the product team so recurring problems get solved once, for everyone, instead of being answered one ticket at a time.
In this episode of Keeping Up With AbbaDox, Gabriela De Leon, VP of Support & Implementation, joins host Pierre-Antoine Tricen to show how support, implementation, interoperability, and product work together to turn real-world tickets into features inside CareFlow.
The team analyzes tickets across clients, uses AI to augment agents, gives clients self-service configuration tools, and validates solutions on-site so fixes hold up in the real world rather than only on paper.
We look for patterns and take that back to the product team so we can build a better product around what clients actually need.

“We are the frontline of the business, instead of just closing tickets, we’re looking for the pattern.”
Support sees every pain point before anyone else does, so AbbaDox treats it as a product input rather than a cost center. Recurring tickets become self-service tools: a Settings area with 100+ controls so clients change what they need without raising a ticket at all. An AI phone assistant handles routine questions alongside the team, and Gabriela’s people go on site because at least six different roles touch CareFlow and only some of them ever file a ticket.
Four habits let the support team convert everyday tickets into durable improvements.

Individual pain points are systematically converted into robust workflows that strengthen the entire operation.
A handful of tickets about faxes stacking up became Quick Sort, and then Fax AI, which reads, sorts, and completes an appointment end to end, saving hours of manual sorting.
When a client without AbbaDox was hit by a cyberattack around 4 p.m., support, implementation, and interoperability got them a full CareFlow workflow live within hours. They were fully functional the next day and stayed with AbbaDox afterward.
For a client fighting claim denials, the team built a billing review workflow that validates details like the ZIP code or patient middle name when the radiologist signs, flagging issues before claims go downstream, protecting cash and cutting rework.
As clients grew more sophisticated, self-service tools removed day-to-day tickets so agents could handle escalations and enhancements instead of routine configuration.
The same ticket-to-product loop produced some of CareFlow’s most valuable workflows.
