-
Patients arrive ready
Forms, insurance, IDs, and consent are completed before arrival. Faster check ins. Less manual work.
-
Every follow up accounted for.
AI reviews completed reports, routes next steps, and schedules follow up appointments automatically across the network.
Operations
-
See network performance in one view
Compare utilization, throughput, and fill rates across every location from one dashboard. Spot capacity gaps and act faster.
-
Standardize security across every site
CareFlow supports HIPAA compliance and maintains SOC 2 Type II controls across every site, so your network keeps consistent security without separate systems or processes.
-

CareFlow offers 105 integrations with PACS, EHR, RCM, and billing systems, including Epic and Cerner. Keep the tools your network already relies on.
The outsourced layer was the first thing to go.
We're fully anticipating there to be around a roughly $30,000 savings each month for us by not having to have this third-party outsourced company working with us any longer.
- $30,000 a month in third-party spend, Capitol's own forecast
- 60+ locations across six states, every one acquired with its own workflow

What CareFlow replaces, and what it connects to
Multi-Site & Enterprise
One platform at every site, and each site can still follow its own workflow.
Replaces
- Your RIS
- Separate scheduling and reminder tools
- Separate intake, check-in and eligibility tools
Connects to, and does not replace
- Your PACS
- Your EHR, over HL7 and FHIR. Epic and Cerner are live.
- Billing and RCM
- Dictation such as Nuance. AbbaDox's own dictation is optional.
Where Ora fits
The AI runs inside CareFlow. It does not read images or make clinical decisions.

It becomes part of the plan from day one. Capitol Imaging now weighs the platform in its due diligence. Its CTO describes the question they ask of every deal: can the AI “play a big part in this acquisition, and kick things off and make them more efficient from day one? And we believe the answer's yes.”
-
That's how Capitol Imaging did it. Voice AI started as a proof of concept in Louisiana, on outbound calls for a single MRI exam, then expanded state by state. Eleven months later it had scheduled 17,157 patients across 30 locations in three states.
-
Capitol Imaging reports it did within eight to ten months: “this has allowed us to reduce some of our third-party vendor cost … where we were maybe providing overtime to staff before.” In one market they forecast roughly $30,000 a month from retiring an outsourced company.
-
On a live dashboard, not a month-end report. Capitol Imaging's regional director: “The data that AbbaDox has provided us on a real time dashboard allows us to monitor daily and weekly every aspect of all of the AI … which allows us as a team to make decisions company wide a lot faster.”
-
It depends on scope. Most implementations take 4 to 12 months, run through weekly workflow meetings at your pace, with a dedicated implementation team and customer success manager from day one. AbbaDox handles configuration and training; your IT team's part is integration oversight and user access. One network's AI rollout, dated by state, is just below.
-
Pricing is scoped to your sites and volume, and the first call covers it.

Capitol Imaging Services · Voice AI and Fax AI
Voice AI started with one exam type in one state. Each step added a state and more exam types.
Oct to Nov 2025
LouisianaProof of concept: outbound calls only, for one exam, MRI without contrast.
Dec 2025 to Feb 2026
GeorgiaCT without contrast added, plus an inbound line so patients can call back.
Mar to Jul 2026
TexasUltrasound and contrast procedures added.
Aug 2026
11 months in17,157 patients scheduled by Voice AI across 30 of Capitol's locations in 3 states. Calls in a 30-day window grew from 439 to 11,107.
Fax AI, over the same 11 months: 376,367 orders triaged, with a 99.59% patient match. By August 2026 it was filing orders on its own at 19 locations.
This is Capitol adding AI to a network already running CareFlow, not a RIS implementation.
