Our Philosophy
We are not sitting in front of our clients. We are sitting next to them .
Enhancing how healthcare providers work and connect with patients.
Meet our team
Partners you trust, people you actually enjoy.
We're the people who show up on the call, in the ticket, and in the trenches when something breaks. Radiology deserves technology built by people who've actually stood at the front desk.

Our values
How we practice
-
No Ego
The best idea wins, whether it comes from our CEO, our newest hire, or the scheduler who uses our software every day.
-
High Integrity & Transparency
No overselling, no fine print. We tell you what works today, what's coming next, and exactly what we can stand behind.
-
A Partner, Not a Vendor
Go-live is the starting line. We stick around for the expansions, the mergers, and the Monday mornings that don't go to plan.
-
Purpose Driven
Everything we build starts with one question: will this give imaging center teams more time for their patients?
-
Reinvention & Evolution
Cloud-native since 2003 and still shipping updates every two weeks. Healthcare doesn't stand still, so neither do we.
-
Fearless Problem Solving
We go after the messy problems others work around: the fax pile, the phone that never stops ringing, the schedule gaps nobody has time to fill.
Our History
We didn't start with software. We started with transcription.
Our origin story isn't in Silicon Valley. It's in the waiting rooms and back offices of imaging centers across America.
Started Inside an Imaging Center
AbbaDox started by solving our own problems. We ran an outpatient imaging center and dealt with the same scheduling, billing, reporting, and communication challenges every day. Instead of searching for software that worked, we built our own. The tools were designed by people doing the work, not by people guessing how healthcare operates.
Connected Across Sites
Healthcare became more connected, and so did our platform. As imaging centers grew, managing data, referrals, and multiple locations became much more complicated. We continued building new technology to solve the next set of problems, helping practices stay efficient while keeping up with changing industry demands.
Becoming AbbaDox
Our software became bigger than our services. Over time, we realized we weren't just supporting imaging centers. We had built a complete software platform. That's when we became AbbaDox. Instead of juggling separate systems, practices could manage scheduling, patient intake, reporting, billing, and physician communication in one place. One platform. One workflow.
The Next Chapter: Intelligent Automation
Today CareFlow has an AI layer: Ora. Ora workflows handle order intake, patient calls and follow-up in the background, reading each inbound fax, matching the patient and exam, and entering the order in CareFlow. Ora Assist answers questions from your own CareFlow data. Routine work keeps moving, even after hours. Anything that needs a person goes to your team.
Behind the scenes
This is AbbaDox.
The best ideas happen as a team.
