Automate front office operations.
Meet CareFlow Ora, the AI layer inside CareFlow. Ask Ora answers questions from your CareFlow data, while Ora workflows handle order intake, scheduling, and follow-up.
Ask Ora
A scheduling rule holds it: MRI 2 at Center A takes only contrast studies from 1 to 4 pm on weekdays, and this order is a lumbar MRI without contrast. The next slot that fits is 3:40 pm on MRI 1.
| Time | Scanner | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| 3:40 pm | MRI 1 | No contrast rule on MRI 1 |
| 4:20 pm | MRI 2 | After the 1–4 pm contrast window |
| 5:00 pm | MRI 1 | Open |
Center A’s site manager added the rule on Aug 12. Site managers and network admins can change it.

Results from Ora workflows.
Measured at live centers running Fax AI, Voice AI, and AI Follow-Up Recommendations.
Ora hands off. Your team decides.
Ora workflows hand off what they can’t finish instead of guessing. Every hand-off and every correction is logged.
It reads the signed report and picks up the follow-up exam the radiologist recommended. Nothing is scheduled until the ordering physician’s care team approves it in the referring physician portal. Then a text or a Voice AI call reaches the patient.
The recommendation stays the radiologist’s. Ora does not make clinical decisions or change the report.
Works the exception list, takes the calls that need a person, and has time for the patients in front of them.

“When patients come in to check in, everything’s already been done.”
“We’re fully anticipating there to be around a roughly $30,000 savings each month for us by not having to have this third-party outsourced company working with us any longer.”
Capitol Imaging Services’ own forecast for its Houston MRI market, July 2026.
“It’s just automating us enough that I feel like we’re moving patients through a lot faster. So I think it’s given us back a lot of time, and that helps the patients as well.”

FAQ
CareFlow Ora
-
The AI layer inside AbbaDox CareFlow. It has two parts: Ask Ora, a chat that answers questions from your CareFlow data, and Ora workflows, which handle order intake, scheduling, and follow-up.
-
Yes. Ora is part of CareFlow. Ask Ora answers from CareFlow’s schedules, orders and records, and the Ora workflows work inside CareFlow, logged in the same audit trail as a staff action. If you are not on CareFlow yet, the demo covers CareFlow and Ora together.
-
Questions about the data in CareFlow: appointments, available slots, cancellations, order volume and referring practices, by center and timeframe. Each answer points to where to look next. We will walk through the questions relevant to your centers in the demo.
-
It stops and hands the item to your team instead of guessing. Fax AI puts every order it can’t index on an exception list with the reason attached, and your team works that list instead of the whole queue. Voice AI hands the call to a person when the patient asks for one, or when it can’t answer. Every workflow action and every correction is logged in the same audit trail as a staff action.
-
The ordering physician’s care team. AI Follow-Up Recommendations reads the signed report, picks up the follow-up the radiologist recommended and sends it to the referring physician portal to confirm. Only a confirmed follow-up becomes an order that a text or a Voice AI call can schedule. The recommendation, and the clinical decision, stay with the radiologist and the referring physician.
-
No. Ora does not read images, interpret findings or write reports, and it makes no clinical decisions. It works on the operational side: orders, calls, schedules and follow-ups. Where clinical judgment is involved, Ora acts only on what a radiologist has already decided.
