CareFlow: automation inside your own team

CareFlow’s AI takes repetitive calls and data entry off your staff. At Regional Medical Imaging, confirmation calling fell from 40 hours a week to 2, and the call-center agents were kept and redeployed rather than replaced.11 Across client environments, more than 150 staff hours are relieved for every 10,000 faxed orders.8

CareFlow works through the interface engine you already run, such as Corepoint, Mirth Connect, Iguana, Ensemble or Qvera.20

Security

SOC 2 and SOC 3 reports, a HIPAA program with Business Associate Agreements, and a security program aligned to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and encryption in transit and at rest.19

Uptime and hosting

At least 99.9% monthly uptime in our Service Level Terms. CareFlow runs in private clouds AbbaDox owns and operates, in Tier 4 Equinix data centers. Request our security package.19

Royal Health

Royal Health states on its website that it is SOC 2 Type II certified, HITRUST certified and HIPAA compliant.18 Ask each vendor for its reports and its uptime commitment in the contract.

For radiologists

Radiologists dictate straight into the report and sign it in the same view, with structured templates. Ora reads each signed report for follow-up recommendations and BI-RADS scores: a BI-RADS 0 starts a recall that is tracked to a booked exam, and MQSA records stay complete. At Iowa Radiology, 4+ hours a week came back in tech and radiologist time.23
