AbbaDox Named a South Florida Top Workplace for the Fourth Year in a Row
The Sun Sentinel honor, decided entirely by employee feedback, is the company's fifth Top Workplaces award.
AbbaDox has been named a 2026 South Florida Top Workplace by the Sun Sentinel. It is the fourth consecutive year the company has earned the honor, and the fifth time overall, following recognition in 2021, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
The Sun Sentinel announced this year's winners on May 21 at its awards dinner in Fort Lauderdale. Of 8,483 organizations invited to take part, 170 were recognized. AbbaDox was honored in the small-employer category, for organizations with 35 to 124 employees.
The award is based solely on employee feedback, gathered through a confidential third-party survey administered by Energage. The survey measures how employees experience their workplace, including whether they feel respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute.
Energage also recognized AbbaDox nationally earlier this year, naming it a Technology Top Workplace and a Culture Excellence winner in eight categories: Employee Appreciation, Leadership, Innovation, Purpose & Values, Professional Development, Work-Life Flexibility, Employee Well-Being, and Compensation & Benefits.
“This award is decided by our employees, not by us, and that is why it matters so much,” said Yaniv Dagan, CEO and founder of AbbaDox. “Four years in a row, our team has told an independent survey that this is a place where they feel respected and can grow. Our clients feel that culture on every call and every go-live. I'm proud of this team and grateful to every person on it.”
That culture shows up day to day in team development and leadership opportunities, hybrid flexibility, inclusive traditions, and company-wide recognition programs.
The honor follows the NextGen Tech Award AbbaDox received at RBMA Rad Honors in April 2026, and the Culture and Well-Being Award it won at RBMA Rad Honors in 2025.
