Answers, screens and books.
At Capitol, Voice AI takes scheduling calls across MRI, CT and ultrasound. It asks the MRI safety questions, switches to Spanish when the patient does, and hands the call to staff when asked.
3 · The voice that flopped
Same script, different voice.
The first voice worked in another region and failed with Capitol's patients. Isaac on the fix: “As soon as we changed it, we had an overnight increase in success.”

What the audience asked

Yes. Ora is part of CareFlow, and the Ora workflows work inside it, logged in the same audit trail as a staff action. CareFlow connects to your PACS, EHR and RCM systems over HL7 (see integrations). If you are not on CareFlow yet, the demo covers CareFlow and Ora together.

At Capitol in August 2026, Voice AI handled 85% of answered calls end to end and handed the rest to a person, about 6% of calls because the caller asked. Every transferred call is reviewed and fed back into what Voice AI knows.

Capitol started with non-contrast lumbar spine MRI, then added non-contrast MR and CT, some ultrasound, and contrast exams. Voice AI asks the MRI safety questions and creates a staff task when an implant needs checking.
