Your portal sits at their web address under their own name, not at abbadox.com.
They can resend the link, reset your password, or release your images directly to you.
Have ready: your full name, date of birth, and the date of your exam.
Referring-physician access is granted by each imaging center, so credentials differ per center.
They set up new practices, add staff to an existing account, and reset access.
The center can send a report by fax or secure message while portal access is being set up.
Have ready: your NPI, practice name, and the patient's exam date.
