Request Customer Portal access

Use this form if your organization doesn't have CareFlow access. Tell us who you are, and our support team will check your details and email you an invitation.

Have CareFlow? Your administrator can give you access

The user needs one of two roles:

In AbbaDox, open Settings → User and Role Assignment.
Give the user the Administrator or Support role.
The next time they open Submit a Request from CareFlow, they confirm their email and we send them a Customer Portal invitation.

This form needs JavaScript. You can also email support@abbadox.com with your name, organization and work email.

What happens next

Our support team checks your details against your organization's AbbaDox account.
If approved, you receive an email from AbbaDox with a link to set up your login.
Sign in at www.abbadox.com/supportportal to follow your requests.
