Customer Portal access

Your organization's administrator gives you access in CareFlow.

For your organization's administrator

  1. In AbbaDox, open Settings → User and Role Assignment.
  2. Give the user the Administrator or Support role.
  3. The next time they open Submit a Request from CareFlow, they confirm their email and we send them a Customer Portal invitation.
