Streamlined User Interface and Practice Mapping Add to Convenience and Ease-of-Use

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – December 10, 2014 – Placing a world of specialized marketing information at the user’s fingertips, IDS debuts at RSNA 2014 AbbaDox CRM version 2.0 with advanced new architecture, enhanced database design, intuitive graphical interface, innovative geographic mapping functionality, rich analytics, and a robust marketing toolset. Together, these and other leading edge features make the easy-to-use SaaS application a comprehensive marketing resource in today’s competitive medical environment as well as a versatile mobile tool for marketing on-the-go.

The new CRM application was specifically designed with the growing number of iPad, tablet and mobile phone users in mind. It seamlessly supports all mobile Mac, Android, and Blackberry devices, in addition to desktop PCs. Currently, hundreds of medical sites and marketers around the country rely on the leading edge AbbaDox CRM application, which is optimized for radiology providers in particular, to measure, manage and grow referring physician relationships. AbbaDox CRM 2.0 also introduces an innovative interactive map function showing all potential and existing referrers located in close proximity to a provider’s locations. The feature helps executives and marketers pinpoint new prospects with strong relationship potential, while highlighting the locations of practices already referring patients. Map display can be filtered by medical specialty, current relationship status and a range of user defined fields.

The feature also can be used to identify clusters of underserved regions to target appropriate providers for new relationships. Integrating seamlessly with a RIS, HIS or EHR, it automatically extracts relevant existing referral data in real time and enables monitoring and trend analysis to track referral patterns.
